So I had a chance to play with my Make It Market - S&S and the first picture is what Betsy warned us about in her video.  I hope you get a chuckle. The foam tape is very sticky.  The problem was Sprinked is very long and the parts you have to remove don't come out easily.  I did mange to get them out of the second one.   The other is a card for my niece who loves sparkles so I felt it only fitting.

    LOL! You tortured the sprinkled foam! The card turned out beautifully! Don't throw that foam away. You can still use it to add dimension to a card or accent!
